My husband and I are overjoyed with how our custom cabinets and countertop installation turned out. Janet and Doris were extremely professional and responsive, and excelled at customer service. Could not have asked for a better product and, moreover, a better team to work with, from inception to end.

Let me preface this by saying that I live in a very old house. Nothing is level, square or plumb. Except now. Hammond Kitchens gave me a kitchen counter that is absolutely perfect. Not just beautiful to look at but actually level, square and plumb. I've no idea how they did it but there it is.

Ashley was a pleasure to work with! We needed help finding Quartz to match our existing bathroom for a shower bench. Ashley found exactly what we needed. Perfect color and size!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen and laundry, thanks to the work of Hammond kitchens and Bath. We worked with Ashley on the design. She gave us great ideas to open up the kitchen and provide us with storage and a pantry-not to mention a huge island. She listened to my ideas, answered questions and was very patient. We also had the pleasure of working with installers, Alan and Chris. They were knowledgeable, neat, competent and always polite. And, Doris was always working behind the scenes coordinating and making sure everything went to plan. They’re a great team! The pictures show the before and after photos.

We used Hammond kitchens when we built our home and then when we added on some extra cabinets. Doris and Chris have been simply amazing. Doris goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. Chris is friendly and does excellent work.

Hammond Kitchens & Bath did an amazing job with our kitchen counters! They were able to level our kitchen island and install our beautiful quartz countertops quickly and efficiently. Doris was amazing throughout the whole process and gladly worked around our schedule when we had unexpected things come up. Could not recommend enough!

Hammond made every step of my bathroom renovation a pleasure! If I could give 6 stars I would! Ashley’s knowledge and expertise in the showroom made decisions easy. Doris’ fantastic communication scheduling and arranging multiple crews installing was above and beyond. She called, texted and was even ready to do a site visit on the day of install to make sure everything went perfectly! The install teams were efficient, prepared and skillful putting in the cabinets, countertops and hardware. The end result is the most beautiful bathroom ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

John Watson immediately knew the look I wanted for my kitchen. He executed it with precision. It was complicated but we kept at it and the result is wonderful. It is the highlight of our home. Wood being wood, some small repairs were necessary- so we got to work with Doris who is a joy and pleasure. The issues have been resolved and the results?? Look for yourself.

I purchased my very first home, which you could say was a fixer-upper. I had a long list of things I wanted to update, so I started with the cabinetry and counters for the kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. I am all about making a connection with those with whom I hire. If there is no personal connection, then I will not hire them. I interviewed three local cabinet companies, none of which connected with me. I then called Hammond Kitchens and spoke with their designer, JP McMenamy. This guy spent a lot of time with me and genuinely seemed to care about creating my new kitchen and bathrooms. When he came to the house, he suggested removing the wall between the kitchen and unused formal living room as this would allow him to create a massive island that everyone could sit around. Once I recieved his designs, I knew his suggestions were exactly my new house needed. What it needed was JP and Hammond Kitcens. He walked me through the entire process, helped me pick out my tile, paint, and lighting. He even sent me a Power Point presentation with furniture selections from local stores, online suppliers, and pieces he found on Facebook Marketplace. What cabinet company does this for their customers?! After about six weeks, they contacted me to set up a date, however, I had not yet finished the removing of the wall. Their warehouse manager, Bruce, let me know that they would happily store all of my cabinets until I was ready. The exciting day finally arrived and I saw7 his designs to came to life. I am so glad I chose Hammond Kitchens, and especially JP. Without them, my house would not be the showplace it is now.

We started our experience in the Hammond Cabinet showroom where we met J.P. McMenamy. J.P. was the main reason we purchased cabinets from Hammond. On each visit to Hammond (and there were many), J.P. was extremely patient and knowledgeable and did not push us into a decision. After meeting in the showroom he came to our house with samples to show us, to measure the existing cabinets, and to discuss what we needed and wanted in cabinets. We do not make decisions very easily, and after four months, countless redesigns, color changes, and countertops changes, he remained very patient and never pressured us into the sale as we all knew we were going to contract with Hammond. Understandably after these four months and no decisions, he had to give us a necessary gentle shove to get us to make the final commitment. J.P. recommended one of their installers, Dave, to be assigned to our job. After the cabinets were shipped to Hammond we felt there was a delay in getting on Dave's busy schedule to start the install. We came into the showroom to discuss this with J.P.. A few minutes later he took us directly into John Watson's office, the general manager. John reviewed Dave's schedule and a date was selected. It was decided in this meeting to install the kitchen, guest bath, laundry room, and entertainment center cabinets during the 1st installation and leave the master bathroom in place so we were not without a sink during the main installation. Dave showed up on time, he worked most of the day to clear out the kitchen and guest bath cabinets and clean up afterward. He was always professional, polite, and punctual. The next day he and his father, also a cabinet installer, arrived to start the installation. As I recall this was 3 days of work. After the cabinet installation, the measurement for the countertops happened as planned. Then we visited Hammond Cabinets where J.P. and John took us to look at the quartz slabs that would be cut, and to discuss this with the cutting crew. The next step was the quartz installation with Jamie and his crew. They were on time, professional, and polite. After that, Doris O'Halloran, Hammond's customer service manager, came out for an inspection. She found some cabinet doors that did not meet Hammond’s quality inspection, and she put these on order. These were flaws that we didn't even notice until she pointed them out. There was also a piece of trim that needed to be put on order. While we waited for the new part and doors to arrive, Chris, one of Hammond's service techs, was sent to adjust the doors and clean up any visible marks on the cabinets. Once the replacement doors and trim pieces arrived, Chris returned at a later date to complete the installation. Chris does an excellent job in door adjustments. Doris may have the most difficult position (the most moving targets) with Hammond cabinets. Doris came back out on 10/4/24 for the final inspection to address any issues we may have had. As with any home remodeling job, there are unforeseeable bumps along the way. However, the way this company handled those "bumps" is a true testament to their professionalism. I'd like to send a special thank you to J.P., John, Dave (and his father), Jamie, Chris, and Doris for a job well done.

Read to the end, 3-years after Hammond K&B built and installed our entire kitchen, our under mount kitchen sink detached from the countertop this morning. I discovered there were only two brackets and an eight inch long board supporting the giant ceramic sink. After posting my review John Watson called asking when can he send a team out to secure the sink. The team replaced the brackets with larger ones, realigned it, and secured the sink to the counter top, resealed the silicone, and cleaned up. John even offered to pay us for the support bars we purchased. Thank you John! Hopefully you are an owner or at least compensated well, because you act like an owner who cares about reputation and referrals.

We recently had our kitchen redone by JP McMenamy and Hammond Kitchens in Melbourne, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! JP went above and beyond in helping us design, layout, and choose the perfect kitchen cabinets, sink, and other components to create a space that looks straight out of a showroom. His knowledge and expertise in layouts and design truly shined as he guided us through the process, ensuring everything fit our family’s needs perfectly. JP even took the time to visit us a couple of times both before and after installation to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with the design.
